ATTACHMF.NT A <br />APPLICATION FOR VARIANCF. <br />I am requesting, as autrorized under Section 18.44.210 of the <br />Everett Municipal Code, to be allowed access to Lot 1 of the <br />proposad short plat by easement. <br />The parcel to be subdivided is a portion of a platted lot having <br />dimensions of approximately 124 feet by 637 feet, and contains <br />more than sufficient square footage for two lots, but with tlie <br />exception in khe northwest corner of the parcel, the road <br />frontaqe is reduced to only 50 feet. <br />Should L-his variance be yranted, there will be no detrimental <br />effects to the public welfare r.or any injuries to the properties <br />or possi,ble future improvements in the vicinity, as the proposed <br />lots will meet the requirements for the zone in which the <br />property is located. <br />The property to be subdivided contains an existing residence on <br />the proposed Lot 1. The area of the parcel and the location of <br />the r.esidence w�u).d allow for the division of the parcel i.nto two <br />lots t.hat cou1�9 mAet the requirements of the present zoniag, if <br />not for the configuration of the parcel, together with the <br />requirements for road frontage. <br />As a resu.lt of the circumstances in which I find myself, I would <br />have no objections to the yranting of a variance to other <br />property owners in the vicinity of my property, having <br />circumstances similar to mire. <br />
