ATTACHMF.NT A APPLICATION FOR VARIANCF. I am requesting, as autrorized under Section 18.44.210 of the Everett Municipal Code, to be allowed access to Lot 1 of the proposad short plat by easement. The parcel to be subdivided is a portion of a platted lot having dimensions of approximately 124 feet by 637 feet, and contains more than sufficient square footage for two lots, but with tlie exception in khe northwest corner of the parcel, the road frontaqe is reduced to only 50 feet. Should L-his variance be yranted, there will be no detrimental effects to the public welfare r.or any injuries to the properties or possi,ble future improvements in the vicinity, as the proposed lots will meet the requirements for the zone in which the property is located. The property to be subdivided contains an existing residence on the proposed Lot 1. The area of the parcel and the location of the r.esidence w�u).d allow for the division of the parcel i.nto two lots t.hat cou1�9 mAet the requirements of the present zoniag, if not for the configuration of the parcel, together with the requirements for road frontage. As a resu.lt of the circumstances in which I find myself, I would have no objections to the yranting of a variance to other property owners in the vicinity of my property, having circumstances similar to mire.
