Basin A is thc smallcr of Ihc hvo basins. Il cxists at thc <br />northwest border oF the property and run�. northwesterly. The proposed devclopment �vill <br />not changc dic ch.u'actcr of this basin. <br />Basin B is on the eastem poriion of the site and it d�ains toward the cast, and heads south <br />through a wedand str�am that is a tributary to Swamp Crcek. <br />III. Offsitc Analysis <br />[3asin A <br />Upstream drainage from I3asin A.�ppears to bc limited to runofC that sheet flows over 18"' <br />Ave. W and hcad:; north. Somc runoff from dic northwest corner of thc property may sheet <br />flow toward thc cast sidc of IRi6 Avc. �'V. Since this portion of thc properry will remain <br />unch.:nged, no inerease in drainage is anticipated in this basin. <br />Downstrcam: f'rom the noi7h«�estcrn portion of the property, drainage flows narthwest <br />downhill toward I S°i Avc. W. It travcls north in a grass swale alon� thc castcrn sidc of thc <br />roadway. Jusl south of 93"� St. SW, drainage enters a culvcrt and travcls west under 18ih <br />Ave. W. Upon exiting lhe culvert, drainage continues sloping westerly through thick <br />vegetalion and cvenlually enters a wcdand that empties into a strcam that is a Iributary to <br />s�vamp crcek. <br />I3asin B <br />Upstmam drain.ige was analyred for 1/4 mile in accordance with City of Everett stand�rds. <br />i3asin B has a si;nificant upstrcam drainage area that is iniluenced by runoff from a nearby <br />solf course at Katsch P.u�k. neighboring properties to the north dia[ shee[ f]ow to a wetland <br />� ( �� <br />�_, <br />
