� <br />5. <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />As per Public Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect sitle sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage syster�� provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspeclor to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by ihe Public Works inspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion biankets. <br />Instali erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures u�on completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauied to an <br />approved, permilted site.
