Everett Municipal Code further establi�hes that all properties withiii 150 feet of an <br />available public sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay to <br />the City an amount equal to the sewer service charges estab;ished fcr other users of <br />lilce kind. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connect on <br />charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br />begin the appiicable montlily sewer service charge, currently $38.40 per month for a <br />single family residence, if this charge has not already been started. <br />A sewer connection to the City of EveretYs C�ublic sewe�• system reqwres payment of <br />various fees. These con;ieciion fees van� by home size, commercial type, and <br />outstanding area bond and/or latecomer cFiaryes. This letter is intended for the current <br />owne� of the listed property.
