A pedcstrian Uridge has recendy becn installed over <br />the culvert as paR of dte Plut of Logenberry Gstates Div 2. Afler thc culvert, the channel becomes <br />well defincd �vidi a channcl �viddi of 2-6 feet, a dcpth of tlow at 6", side slopes of approximatcly <br />2: I and L� feet of't�eeboard. 3� fcet Prom thc cuh�crt a prccast concrcte bridge was installed also <br />as part of Uic Plat of Logenberry Estatcs Div Z improvcments for the roadway to the plat, sce <br />photo #3. <br />Approximately =1�0 icet from thc project site is another abandoned roadbed with a 24" concrete <br />cuh�crt and an ldjaccnt ]2" concrete culvert, sec photo ��. IS' past the roadbed, the channel <br />tlo«�s through a wood, slat fcnce nnd into a property where the cl�annel has bcen turncd into a <br />landscape fcaturc ���idi rock and �vood log edges, ponds and plantings, sec photo #5. The flow i.e <br />routed through an 13" concmtc culvcrt with an omamcntnl bridge ovcr thc top. 10' further tlie <br />flo�v is convcycd undcr anothcr old roadbcd through a 24" culvcrt and Icaves that �roperty, sec <br />photo #fi. <br />At this point, 600 feet south of the project sit�, the channel is full of natural debris including <br />fallen trecs and thick brush, ser photo #',. TL•c Ilow is slow and in places the channel is braided. <br />At a point 330' irom the projcct site, thc flow entcrs the P��cific �Vest Condominiums <br />devclopmenL Hcre the lluw is routed under the access road through hvin 2�4" cmp culverts, sec <br />plioto #S & k9. Thc channcl Icaving thc site is approximatcly 10 tt in width. <br />From the Condominium sitc thc ilow travels south throuch a bt tvhich has not impacted thc <br />natural channcl, see photo #10, and then in to thc Qu�il Hollow dcvelopment. At I 150 ft soudi of <br />the project site the flow is again pa�sed under an access road through t�vo 24" emp culverts, sec <br />photo # I I. Thc channcl Icaving thc sitc is approximatcly 10 tt in �vidth with 6" to l ft of depth <br />and 3 ft of fi�ceboard, scc photo �t12. <br />�rom thc Quail Hollo�v dcvclopmcnt, the 11ow cnters thc Loganherry Nlobilc Homc Park. At a <br />point 1250 tt from thc projcct sitc, Flow passcs undcr the acctss road through a cmp arch pipc <br />approximately thc size of�36" cul��crt that is countersunk approximately I ft, see photo #13. Aiter <br />thc culvert, the channcl is 2-3 it wide with G' of depth and 3 R of freeboard, sec photo #14. Two <br />pcdestrian bridges cross the channcl.
