SPECIAL REPORTS AND STUDIES <br />MAY 20, 2003 <br />I'AGE 32 <br />A geotechnical report has bec�; prepared for diis site by Nelson-Couvrette and Associates, Inc. <br />Their ficld analysis revealzd no instability of the site soils. Their report relates the field <br />explorations and addresses site recommendations for roadway construction, site grading etc... <br />See attached report in Appendix E for additional information. <br />A wedand report and mitigation plan have been prepared for this site by Talasaea Consultants, <br />]nc [n their report they document the findings of a Category [I wetland on the site. The wedand <br />flows from north to south and is located through the center of the property. An existing wedand <br />crossing is located at the location of the north acccss roadway. Thc soudi access roadway crosses <br />tlirough the center of the wetland and will rcquire filling of approximately 2000 sf of �vetland. <br />The wedund mitigation report addresses this impact and the proposed mitigation.
