Anton Jackson Letter <br />All of the ex' ';its are available for inspection at the Hearing Examiner's Oflice <br />located at 29,,0 Wetmore Avenue, 8th floor, Everett, Washington. <br />After due consideration of the testimony and evidence presented by the <br />Applicant, testimony and evidence elici�ed during the public hearing, and <br />result of the personal inspection of the subject property and surrounding <br />by the Everett Hearing Examiner, the following Findings of Faci and <br />Conclusions constitute the basis of the decision of the Everett Hearing <br />Examiner. <br />FlNDINGS OF FACT <br />as the <br />areas <br />The Applicant requested approval of a permit for the conversion of an <br />existing family home daycare on property located at 9624-18th Avenue <br />West, Everett, Washington. Upon issuance of the perr�iit it is the intent <br />of the A�plicant to convert the existing facility to a Montessori preschool <br />daycare that would accommodate up to 40 chiidren. The subject property is a 1.8 acre parcel of land that is zoned P.-3L, <br />Multiple-Family Residential an�i has a Comprehensive Plan designation <br />as 1.5, Multiple-Family Residential. It is developed with a single-fami�y <br />residence in which there is an existing family home daycare. (exhibit 1, <br />Pafacios testimony) <br />3. The Applicant currently resides on the subject properly but upon <br />approval of the permit, wili move. The preschool daycare facility will be <br />the primary use of the subject property. (Meacham testimony) <br />4. The properties to the north, east, and south are zoned R-3L and are <br />developed as residential sites. The property to the west is zoned M-M <br />and is vacant.
