W., ND, EVLR�TT, WA <br />Upon receiving a complaint regarding the conditions of this apartment, an inspection <br />was conducted. Tne following defic�encies were noted pursuant to ihe Uniform <br />Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br />1. The bottori landing of the stair case is not secured in place and walking <br />surface board are loose. <br />w. Steps to U�e apartment are unevenly built, boards are loose. This <br />inspector had to use caution when using the steps. The tenants indicated <br />that emergenc}' crew personnel fell on the steps as a result of the uneven <br />configurati�n and the looseness of the boards. <br />3. The guardrail/handrail for the steps is completely rotted away i.i some <br />areas. Intermediate rails are completely missing in some areas. The <br />l�andrails are loose. <br />4. There is insufficient storage and disposal for all units in one 30 gallon <br />garbage can. <br />These conditions are considered haz2rdous to the health, safety, and welfare of [he <br />occupan[s and the public.
