The sronn wat�:r nmoff from the site shect flo«-s into this wetland <br />from the property, �vhere i! flows in the meandering channel to the south. <br />At the soud� boundary of the site, die flc,�v continues a�irhin the wedand corridor into the Quail <br />Hollow Condominium complex. At STA 1+90, thcrc are two Z4" CMP cul��eRs undcr t�e access <br />roadway of the condominium complex. Past the access, the stomi flow returns to an onen <br />channel. This channel is 2-foot to 3-foot wide and 4" deep. This channcl continues south into thc <br />next development, the Loganbcrry Mobile Home Park. At the access roadway crossing thc <br />�vetland ;:orridor, the stomi tiow enters a 36"x42" CMP arch culvert (STA. 2+y0) under thc <br />roadway. The storni flow then retums to dic open channel and continues to the south, towards <br />100"' Strcct SW. <br />At STA 5+80, the storm flow enters (2) 18" concrete culv.:t inlets with 18" overflow risers. 7hc <br />inlcts are outfitted with trash racks and beehive grates arc en the overilow risers. These culverts <br />carry the storm flow under 100"' Street SW. At some point south of the inlcts, these culverts <br />convcrge into a single 24" concrete culver. No indication of this location was discovered in thc <br />field study. A revicw of thc City of Evcrett Storm systcm inveutory records also show this <br />connection but has no record of location or structure for this junction. South of die inlcts is a <br />stonn manholc that has dic �utlei of die 24" concrete culveR (STA. 9+25). A 24" replacement <br />cu(vert has been placed soudi across Dakota Way discharging [o an open channel at STA 10+00. <br />At S"I'A 15+30, this strea�nbcd cnters � 2�3" concrcte culvert under 16°i Placc West. At STA <br />l C+20 the strcam retums to a open channcl.
