Additional authorization from other public agencies may be necessary <br />for this projecL The person�s) to whom lhis Hydraulic Project Approval is issued is responsible for applying for and <br />oblaining any additional authorizalion from other public agencies Qocal, state and/or federal) lhat may be necessary for <br />ihis praject. <br />This Hydraulic Project Approval shall be available on lhe job sile at all times and all its provisions followed by the <br />person(s) to whom lhis Hydraulic Project Approval is issued and operator�s) peiorming the work. <br />This Hydraulic Project Approval does not aulhorize trespass. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to secure any <br />landowner permissions or use authorizations as needed for the project. <br />The person(s) to whom Ihis Hydraulic Project Approval is issued and operator(s) periorming the work may be held liable <br />tor any loss or damage to fish life or fish habitat thal results from failure to comply with ihe provisions of this Hydraulic <br />Project Apprcval. <br />Failure to comply with the provisions of Ihis Hydraulic Project Approval could resull in a civil penalty of up lo one <br />hundred doilars per day or a gross misdemeanor charge, possibly punishable by fine and/or imprisonmenl. <br />All Hydraulic Project Approvals issued pursuant to RCW 77.55.100 or 77.55.200 2re subject to additional restnchons, <br />conditions or revocation if ihe Deparlment of Fish and Wildlife determines that new biological or physical informalion <br />indicates the need for sucii action. The person(s) to whom this Hydraulic Project Approval is issued has the right <br />pursuant to Chapter 34.04 RCW to appeal such decisions. All Hy�raulic Project Approvals issued pursuant to RCW <br />77.55.110 may be modified by Ihe Department of Fish and Wildlife due co changed condilions afler consultation wilh the <br />person(s) to whom this Hydraulic Project Approval is issued: PROVIDED I10WEVER, that such modifications shall be <br />subject to appeal to the Hydraulic Appeals Board established in RCW 77.55.170. <br />CHAPTER 77.55 RCW RE-CODIFIED: <br />Chapter 77.55 RCW was re-organized and re-codified by the 2005 Legislature in Second Substitute House Bill 1346, <br />signed into law b, Governer Gregoire as Chapter 146, Laws of 2005.
