Failure to comply with the provisions of Ihis Hydraulic Project Approval could resull in a civil penalty of up lo one hundred doilars per day or a gross misdemeanor charge, possibly punishable by fine and/or imprisonmenl. All Hydraulic Project Approvals issued pursuant to RCW 77.55.100 or 77.55.200 2re subject to additional restnchons, conditions or revocation if ihe Deparlment of Fish and Wildlife determines that new biological or physical informalion indicates the need for sucii action.
