Some how billiny was given ihe information that those seroices were ours We have even put them in
our reading
routes. I have informed Myron T and he will get it out of the billing. Thanks for the heip and I hope we didn't take up
to much
of your time.
-----Original Message-----
From: Cliff Lindman
Sent: Tuesday, February OG, 2007 9:1I A1
To: Gerry Crum; Kirk Brooks; Jim Rice
Cc: Roy Harris; Tony Lee
Subject: RE: 97th off IB ave west
Gentleman - I can only assume that lhe localion of the development in concern, described below is 98th PI. on he
east side of 18th Ave. W. known as Waterford lane.
This site falls within Mukilteo's service area, which as you know uses different standards then EveretCs 97th FI. just
north and on the west side of 18th Ave. W. known as Jackson's Grove has recently been completed and overseen by
myself using meter box standard 502A. hopefully this explains the confusion.
I can be reached by cell phone (425-339-7404) during lhe day should you wish to discuss this or other issues. - Cliff
---0riginal ?lessa9e-----
From: Gerry Gun
Sent: Monday, February OS, 2007 7:05 Aq
To: Cliff Lindman; Kirk Brooks; )im Rir.e
Subjed: F1'J: 97th of( 18 ave west
---Original Dlessage--
From: Jim Rice
Sent: Sa[urday, February 03, 2007 17:ll PM
To: Gerry Crum
Cc: Roy Harris
Subject: 97Ih off IB ave west
Contractor is putting in meter boxes with holes for radio at the above addresses on new houses.
Problem being, they don't fix our radios and will be a trip hazard. Even though they will be in the grass. Our radios
are off center and the boxes being put in are centered. The city decided net to put in meter boxes with recessed
meter box lids do the tripping concerns. The radios are power(ul enough that we don't have to. I 3uess the ciry
inspecior doesn't know that or hasn't looked at it yet.
I can direct the men not to put in the meters to them and have a Huc,h run in with the contractor. Or just let it go.
Or if one of you could inform which ever inspector is on that job that he needs to address this problem and use city
standard meter boxes.
Let me know your decision
THANKS
