List of names and addresses of property owners (not the address of a <br />mortgage lending company) within 300 feet of rhe subject property, to be <br />typed on Address List Form. <br />Property owners' names may be obtained from the County Assessor's <br />Office, Third Floor, County Adminisrrar.ion Duilding. <br />In the case where a mortgage company is lisr.ed as owner in r_he <br />assessor's records, r.he purchaser's address may be found by looking <br />up their name in the r.elephone directory or the City directory <br />(Polk's). If rheir name cannot be found in either of those <br />directories, the mortgage company name and address may be used; <br />however, in that case it should be used as written in the <br />assessor's files including the purchaser's name and account numter. <br />5. Narrative Statement: A derailed descriprion of r.he variance being <br />requested and a paragraph addressing each of the following specific <br />points which are rhe facts and conditio¢s that must exist in order for <br />the Board to grant a variance: <br />A. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or <br />conditione applying r.o the subject property or as to the inrended <br />use thereof, that do not apply generaliy to other properties in the <br />same �•icinity or zone; <br />8.
