S�ction 303(U) of the Uniform <br />I3uilding Code provides that permits expire by limitation and become null and <br />void if work authori�ed by the permit is sus�ended or does not commence for a <br />period of ].80 days. The Code 31so requires final inspection prior to <br />occupancy for all parmits issued, and it is the responsiUility of the permit <br />holder to call for the necessary inspections. <br />If you wish `o recommence work you may renew your permit at no cost for an <br />additional 180 day period by submitting u written reauest to t;zis office. The <br />renewal request must reach us by April 25, 1991. If the work has Ueen <br />completed, you may ca11 for a fina'i inspection before April 25, i991. Permits <br />that have been neither finaled nor exterided by April 25, 1991, will be <br />retired.
