Tlie proper[y is legally described as: <br />Plat of Norman Add to Everett Blk 001 D-02 � 40 FT of W 80 FT of LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, & <br />5 EXC S 8 FT of SD LOT 4; Vol. 8 Page, 70 of Plats of S��ohomish Cotmty. <br />Parcel Number: 5313 001 001 02 06 <br />An inspection of the accessory buildings and exterior premises was conducted on August 18, <br />1999 and it was noted that conditions exist with the building on the premises tliat are in violation <br />of the Dangerous Building Abatement Code of the City of Everett. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are: <br />1) The buildings are so deteriorated, structural portions have mateiially less resistance to <br />�vinds or eaRhquakes than is reyuired in the case of similar new construction. <br />2) Tlie buildings are so dilapidated that portions of the roofs on the buildings may become <br />detached or dislcdged, or collapse and thereby injure persons or damage property. <br />3) The buildings are maintained in violation of specific rE ��irements or prohibition <br />applicable to such huildings or structures provided by the buiid�:.� regulations of this <br />jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code or of any law or ordinance of this state or <br />jurisdiction relating to the condition, location or structure of buildings. <br />4) The buildings a�e in such a condition as to constihite a puUlic nuisance known to the <br />common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />
