All footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 18" below the firiished grade. <br />12. Specify size, location and quantity of roof ven[ila[ion, show on plans. <br />13. Provide insulation baffle over insula[ion in attic. Main[ain minimum 1" clear air space <br />over insulation. Baffle shall extend 6" vertically above batt insulation and 12" vertically <br />above loose Pill insulation.
