PROPOSED ACTION AGENDA (3) CB 1506-18 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing land use regulations for recreational marijuana businesses, amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC Title 19, Zoning), and superseding Ordinance No. 3407-14, as amended. (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 7-8-15). CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,468,358.07 for the period of June 13, 2015 through June 19, 2015. (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,261,225.32 for the period of June 13, 2015. (6) Authorize the closure of Hewitt Avenue, Marine View Drive to Bond Street, on July 5, 2015, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for a Car Show sponsored by Ole Soul Southern Creole. (7) Authorize a Call for Bids for the Evergreen Way Pedestrian Walkway. ACTION ITEMS: (8) Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Everett for a Law Enforcement Embedded Social Worker (L.E.E.S.W) in the amount of $30,000.00. (9) CB 1506-17 — 3`d and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "Howarth Park Pedestrian Bridge Repair", Fund 354, Program 045, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project.
