� <br />�a <br />hardpan and very slow throurh it. kun�ff is slow and the hazard of water erosion is <br />slight. <br />The potential for erosion for this type of soil is slight, however special attention should be <br />given to working ihe material in wet weather (October I through �4arch 31). Soil <br />compaction will be diffictdt, if not impossible to achieve during periods of sustained <br />rainfall. <br />Other than rainfall, the source of erosion would come from dus[ and wheel traffic during <br />consVuction. This risk would appear to be minimaL Additional risk would be tracking <br />of mucl onto the roadway. The rock construction entrance will help to minimize ihis risk. <br />Following fin�d grading, all slopes will be stabilized with mulch, jute mesh, hydroseed or <br />other means. <br />E;osion control mcasures will be installed at die direction of thc public works inspector in <br />accordance with the City of Gverett Design and Constructiou Standards. This will most <br />likely consist of filter fabric fences down slope of'tills, rock construction entrances, <br />sediment traps, hydroseeding and/or mulch, gravel cover and sediment traps, or others <br />�ippropriate for the season and site conditions at the time of construction. <br />V. Anulysis ancl llesign of Required Runoff Control ('1'reutment and Stream I3ank <br />Erasion Control 13MPs <br />The detention system is designed to detain developed runoff ro DOG stream bank erosion <br />control standards. Treatment will be providecl witli a Storm Filter, manufacttned by <br />Stonnwater 3G0 (formerly Stonu Water Mdoagement, Inc.). llead storage equal to 30% <br />of the 6-month, 24-hr devcloped event is provided with the �dditional catch in the type II <br />manholes. <br />VI. AnailJ�sis und llesign of Rcyuired Source Control 13MPs <br />5-120: A covenant shall be nttached to the property prohibiting vehicle maintenance on <br />the site. If units are to be rented, the covenant shall state that a clause prohibiting vehicle <br />nuiintenance on the si�e will be written into Ihe tenant Ieases and or rental agreements. <br />The rovenant shall be signed and mcordecl by die owner of the propem . A note <br />prohibiting vehicle maintenance on the site is included on the storm draina�ge plans. <br />S-I50: Garbage for each unit will be kept under cover. <br />S-190: Vegetation Rr pest management will be pertbrmed by professional landscaping <br />and pest management companies. <br />5-200: Maintenance of the drainnge system will be performed by the homeowners with <br />the exception of the filter, which wiil be maintained by Stormwate� 360. <br />S-220: Sueet sweeping will bc conducied by professiona!s in this (ield. <br />
