See the enclosed Inspection Activity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.`_ <br />of the International Ruilding Code and International Residential Code state that permits become <br />invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. <br />Work under your permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occu, red since <br />your last inspedion, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day e�ension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are performed. Please contact us by May 2, 2013 to sr_hedule <br />inspections or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without <br />tinal approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiration.
