If you allow me to have 1 more drivetvay cut for this project these <br />are the items lhal will better the development and the environment. <br />1) This would allow the homeowners a back yard for their kids, pets, and to have a family barbeque. <br />2) This would create an additional 800 square feet of open space and or additional Landscaping for each building. i fial's <br />1600 square feel for ihe 2 front duplexes alone, not counting the 2 duplexes. <br />3) We also would have a nice Landscaped Er�lry Sign (ullly in between the 2 front buildings. <br />4) I would also remove the ugly house, the garage, and the pool. This would be a huge enhancement to lhe development <br />and to the neighborhood. I want to make this a development ihat is just as nice as Augusta Woods and even better. <br />5) I would also conslruct full frontage improvements and anything else you might suggest. <br />Would you be able to meet me on site so I could show you the property and how ugly it is now compared to how beautiful <br />it will look after it is developed. Legacy's new development will access al; units off cf 18th a�de west.
