Bozeat & Associates, LLC for <br />"Technical Support for Maintenance of Valves and Actuators at the Water <br />Filtration Plant": <br />This Professional Services Agreement compensates J. Bozeat for providing expertise in <br />establishing the operating characteristics of valves currently at the Water Filtration Plant, <br />determining their level of usage, and establishing an appropriate maintenance and <br />exercise program (PM) for each valve. This information is critical in establishing an <br />effective maintenance schedule in the CASSWorks program. Due to limitations imposed <br />by operational requirements and the seasonal nature of valve accessibility, this agreement <br />must extend over a two year period. Bozeat & Associates will also provide technical <br />support during corrective maintenance activities, specifying parts required for repairs, <br />assisting with installation of parts, and performing calibration and commissioning of <br />actuators. J. Bozeat has extensive experience with our plant and with valves and valve <br />actuators in general. <br />Del Nestegard <br />
