Brakke & Associates will provide consulting services to further this planned service restructuring through December 2009, and will facilitate inter-agency coordination between Everett Transit and Community Transit, as well as other transit service providers within the region (Contract amount not to exceed $75,000). A copy of the PSA and Scope of Work are attached. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Brakke & Associates for service planning and inter-agency coordination for Everett Transit in an amount not to exceed $75,000.
