This work can be accomplished prior to the County road construction by approving a change <br /> order for$341,500 to our present contract with Tri-State Construction,Inc for the Replacement of <br /> Transmission Lines 2& 3,Phase 6 <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 with Tri State Construction for the replacement of <br /> Transmission Lines 2&3,Phase 6 in the amount of$341,500.00 <br />
