Amongst <br /> other goals, these regulations are intended to provide certainty, <br /> predictability and finality. The process has been followed and a <br /> decision has been made. It would be inappropriate for the City to <br /> unilaterally reconsider its decision at this time. The 2008 action <br /> provides an opportunity to address some of the concerns raised by <br /> the neighborhood.
