A <br /> Application or (c) does not receive an NMTC allocation. <br /> 3. The City and OM shall negotiate in good faith towards a written agreement that <br /> supersedes this MOU and that contains provisions relating to what portion of an NMTC <br /> allocation the City CDE would provide to Riverfront District projects (the "New Agreement").
