There will not be further listing or interviewing <br /> as part of this selection process or in the selection of firms for work. The lists will be placed on <br /> file for use by all City departments on as "as needed" basis. Firms contacted for future projects <br /> will be selected from the appropriate list based on the scope of work and the firm's <br /> qualifications. <br /> The scope of work will be limited to projects with a maximum consulting fee of$200,000. <br /> The Statement of Qualification is expected to be in the form generally used by the firm, and <br /> should identify the following: <br /> • Firm's recent relevant experience <br /> • Firm's specialty (ies) <br /> • Personnel available, their qualifications and experience <br /> • References from previous clients <br /> Two (2) copies of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's), for each discipline, are requested. <br /> These SOQ's, including cover letter, shall be limited to nine (9) single sided 8 '/2" x 11" sheets. <br /> Five (5) additional sheets will be allowed for letters of recommendations from previous clients. <br /> No additional sheets, other information, or pamphlets from the Consultant will be considered. <br /> The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's) must be received by Gordon Larson, RE: <br /> Engineer/Architect Lists, 3200 Cedar Street, Everett, WA 98201, no later than March 26, 2009, <br /> at 4:00 p.m. Late receipts will be automatically disqualified from further consideration.
