Planning Commission Meeting <br /> January 22, 2008 <br /> Page 7 <br /> OJ Marsden, 5306 33rd Avenue West, asked who decided which alternative would be selected. <br /> Mr. Koenig responded that in an EIS there are alternatives that are discussed and the preferred <br /> alternative is the Applicant's proposal_ OliverMcMillan's proposal is the preferred alternative. <br /> City Council is the decision maker on the proposal. She asked about timing of construction. Mr. <br /> Koenig responded that he did not know the timing of the residential construction; however, the <br /> City anticipated a decision on the proposal in five or six months. She asked for a copy of the <br /> DEIS. Mr. Koenig responded that a CD was available and the DEIS could be purchased. <br /> Chairman Olivers asked that the DEIS was also available at the Library. Mr. Koenig responded <br /> yes and that there were also reference copies located at the Planning Department. <br /> Motion: Commissioner Trautman made a motion to close the public hearing.
