The Everett <br /> 2000 Vision Committee looked at waterfronts as key to Everett's economic future. Overtime, <br /> the City purchased a number of parcels in the area. In 2000, the Shoreline Advisory Committee <br /> recommended a mixed use vision for redevelopment of the Riverfront area. Planning <br /> Commission made a recommendation and City Council adopted the vision. The City envisions <br />
