The resolution includes the application for 2009 Community Development Block Grant funds and all application requirements. The 2009 Action Plan contains some modifications of the 2008 Action Plan, including accommodation of Stimulus funding the City is applying to receive. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution concerning the 2009 Action Plan and amendments to the City's 2008 Action Plan to U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development for Community Development Block Grant funding and other housing funding. 83
