Staff is also
recommending a minor amendment to the City's 2008 Action Plan to allow funds allocated to
individual Boys and Girls Clubs to be used at any of the Clubs. As Staff explored the various
projects at the Trailside, Cascade, and North Everett Clubs, it became apparent that all of the
projects at the three could be better accomplished with this shifting of funds.
Each one of the members of the Committee provided a valuable contribution to this
recommendation. This group was very dedicated while performing this difficult task. Staff
congratulates the Committee for a job well done and thanks them for their time and effort.
Participating Committee members were Gregg Elder, Chair, Bud Alkire, Rock Dorsey, Christina
Aho, Sheryl Sleeper, Tim Koss, Kaye Phinney, Anessa Barnett, Greg Campbell, Joyce Sieminski
and Peter Sontra.
The recommended funding allocations to agencies/programs and brief program descriptions
follow.
85
