The <br /> goal of the Pilot Project is the establishment of an efficient, risk-informed regional PRND program focused <br /> on small maritime vessel threats. Battelle Memorial Institute Pacific Northwest Division is managing the <br /> Pilot Project for the Department of Homeland Security. This contract is for reimbursement from Battelle to <br /> the City of Everett for Police Department personnel provided for training, drills and exercises associated with <br /> the Pilot Project. Battelle will reimburse expenses up to $15,000.
