March 22, 2017 <br /> AGREEMENT — SNOHOMISH COUNTY HOMELAND SECURITY <br /> GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Federal Fiscal Year 2016 <br /> Snohomish County Homeland Security Grant Agreement in the <br /> amount of$25,000. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — RAIN GARDEN AND LOW IMPACT <br /> DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the <br /> Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County and the Snohomish <br /> Conservation District to extend the completion date to <br /> December 31, 2017, modify the scope of work and increase the <br /> budget in the amount of$43,999.87. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Technical Service <br /> Agreement with King County for laboratory services in the amount of <br /> $11,575. <br /> 94 <br />
