March 29, 2017 <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3537-17 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT— FOREST SERVICE SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Forest Service Special Use <br /> Permit for Outfitting and Guiding between the United States <br /> Department of Agriculture and the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT —WASTEWATER ENERGY COHORT PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with <br /> Snohomish County Public Utility District No. 1 governing <br /> participation in the Wastewater Energy Cohort Program. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — PIPELINE LICENSE FOR UTILITIES ON GRAND <br /> AVENUE PARK BRIDGE <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Pipeline License with <br /> Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway for the utilities on the Grand <br /> Avenue Park Bridge. <br /> 103 <br />
