EXHIBIT B 0 <br /> SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS <br /> City shall pay Artist in progress payments in accordance with this Exhibit B, provided that the <br /> total of all payments shall not exceed $75,625. The Artist shall be responsible for payment of all <br /> applicable local, state and federal taxes. The Artist shall provide all labor and materials <br /> necessary to produce and complete the Work and be responsible for delivery, installation and <br /> documentation of Artwork. <br /> • 25%progress payment upon receipt of invoice for conceptualization,research and <br /> preliminary work, on condition that this conceptualization, research and preliminary work is <br /> acceptable to the City. <br /> • 25%progress payment upon receipt of(A) documentary photographs showing that the <br /> concrete forms have been poured, stamped and designs troweled into the wet concrete, on <br /> condition that what is shown in these photographs is acceptable to the City and (B) <br /> confirmation that the custom concrete stain colors acceptable to the City have been ordered. <br /> The Cultural Arts manager may visit the concrete subcontractor's shop to visually inspect the <br /> artwork-in-progress prior to the payment of this progress payment. <br /> • 25%progress payment upon receipt of documentary photographs showing that the cured <br /> concrete has been painted and or stained by the Artist, on condition that what is shown in <br /> these photographs is acceptable to the City. The Cultural Arts Manager may visit concrete <br /> subcontractor's shop to visually inspect the artwork-in-progress prior to the payment of this <br /> progress payment. <br /> • Final payment upon completion of the Work in manner acceptable to the City, which <br /> includes the installation of the Artwork at all Everett Swift Stations and the successful <br /> application of final sealants to the Artwork. <br /> • <br /> r: fr <br />
