Community Transit agrees that the City of Everett may personalize specific aspects of the Swift stations constructed within the City of Everett. As part of the City of Everett's personalization of each Swift station, Community Transit and the City of Everett agree to the following: • Swift Station Name- Name of the Swift station shall be selected by the City of Everett • Concrete Treatment Theme -The City of Everett agrees to have the Woodlands Concrete Treatment Theme installed at all stations within the City of Everett. • Swift Station Identifier —The City of Everett shall develop Swift Station Identifier artwork for each station within the City of Everett. This artwork shall be installed by the City of Everett in the area set aside for this purpose at each station, Community Transit agrees to provide up to $7,000 per station to defray the cost of design, construction, and installation of the artwork by the City of Everett. Any costs above and beyond said $7,000 per station budget shall be borne by the City of Everett. The artwork must be ready for installation by July 1, 2009. The attached specifications offer guidance for the creation of the pieces.
