As part of the City of Everett's <br /> personalization of each Swift station, Community Transit and the City of Everett agree <br /> to the following: <br /> • Swift Station Name- Name of the Swift station shall be selected by the City <br /> of Everett <br /> • Concrete Treatment Theme -The City of Everett agrees to have the <br /> Woodlands Concrete Treatment Theme installed at all stations within the City <br /> of Everett. <br /> • Swift Station Identifier —The City of Everett shall develop Swift Station <br /> Identifier artwork for each station within the City of Everett. This artwork shall <br /> be installed by the City of Everett in the area set aside for this purpose at <br /> each station, Community Transit agrees to provide up to $7,000 per station <br /> to defray the cost of design, construction, and installation of the artwork by <br /> the City of Everett. Any costs above and beyond said $7,000 per station <br /> budget shall be borne by the City of Everett. The artwork must be ready for <br /> installation by July 1, 2009. The attached specifications offer guidance for the <br /> creation of the pieces. <br />
