Review facility documents, including drawings, installation data, operational records, and <br /> existing system components. <br /> 2. Conduct on-site testing to determine protective current requirements, environmental <br /> conditions, locations of foreign below ground structures, and locations on anode groundbeds. <br /> 3. Provide an engineered corrosion control system design, (specifications and drawings), for the <br /> metallic tanks and piping systems located at Fire Station # 1 (3619 Rucker Avenue), Fire <br /> Station # 4 (5920 Glenwood Avenue), and Fire Station # 6 (9520 Evergreen Way). The <br /> designs will be in accordance with Washington State Department of Ecology requirements <br /> and methodologies outlined by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers <br /> recommended practice RP0285 Corrosion Control of Underground Fuel Storage Tanks. <br /> Incorporate documents into City of Everett work package for bidding purposes. Review bid <br /> package and provide comments to City personnel. <br /> 4. Assist City with bidder questions and development of project addenda. <br /> 5. Review of contractor bids, submittals, and qualifications. <br /> 6. Project management and on-site inspection of Contractor installation. <br /> 7. Review of Contractor final documents including system commissioning data, as-built <br /> drawings and DOE/EPA paperwork.
