The funds will be disbursed over a two <br /> year period, and require a match from the City. The first year Gates will provide $33,150, and <br /> the City will provide$11,050. In November 2008,the City administration approved a letter to <br /> BCR, the organization handling the granting process,,agreeing to provide the matching funds . <br /> In 2010 the Gates Foundation will provide$19,500 and the City will provide $19,500.The library <br /> is required to purchase a total of 32 public computers by the end of the grant cycle.
