Conduct all source collection and research, analyze, evaluate and integrate data <br /> from multiple sources, identify intelligence gaps, and specify collection <br /> requirements,to produce assessments and recommendations. <br /> 2. Prepare analyses, assessments, or other products by applying expert judgment and <br /> specialized experience in interpreting information and making decisions. <br /> 3. Prepare and present briefings on projects, studies and analyses to mid/high level <br /> managers. <br /> 4. Discern patterns of complex behavior;provide accurate understanding of present <br /> and future threats. <br /> 5. Provide analysis to independently handle complex issues and to guide decision <br /> makers. <br /> 6. Provide critical front-line intelligence support to investigative and operational <br /> personnel. <br /> 7. Conduct analytical research to meet identified needs of Police and other city <br /> departments and City leaders. <br /> 8. Summarize reports and extract essential information received on an"all-source" <br /> basis. <br /> 9. Analyze intelligence information and other resources related to terrorist or <br /> organized crime groups. <br /> 10. Develop threat-based analysis of criminal and terrorist capabilities. <br /> 11. Prepare assessments on upcoming major events. <br /> 12. Develop contacts and positive working relationships within law enforcement and <br /> homeland security communities, as well as with the general public and private <br /> sectors. <br /> 13. Identify information gaps. <br /> 14.Develop and deliver customer specific presentations. <br /> 15.
