Change Order#1 was approved by City <br /> Council on 8/20/08. Change Order#2 was approved by City Council on 11/10/08. Change Order#3 was <br /> approved by City Council on 2/18/2009. Change Order#4 adds $55,294.13 for 9 work change directives as <br /> briefly described on pages 3 &4 of this change order. Of the 9 work change directives written, 6 are for <br /> design revisions, 2 for added scope and 1 for unknown changed conditions to the contract. These 9 work <br /> change directives involve making electrical modifications to control features, constructing an overflow <br /> diversion structure, providing an oil separator, adding monitoring devices to pumps and making <br /> modifications to existing facilities on site.
