Parks and <br /> PUD staffs are in discussions to assess the PUD Beverly Park Switch Station area and adjoining <br /> Beverly Park area property to determine the potential of developing a walking/running trail and/or <br /> other potential recreational activities. The Snohomish County PUD requires an executed Right of <br /> Entry Permit to allow access to the property and indemnification of the PUD for said access. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the <br /> Snohomish County PUD Right of Entry Permit for Beverly Park Area Property access. <br /> 86 <br />
