The contractor put up a Retainage Bond in Lieu of retainage being <br /> withheld. <br /> By Council approving this action,the Sewer System Replacement"I", Water Replacement"J"project will be <br /> accepted as complete and the retainage bond will be released. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Accept Sewer System Replacement"I" and Water replacement"J"Project as complete and authorize the <br /> Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with KLB Construction allowing release of the retainage bond. <br /> 11 <br />
