These modules will also provide new features such as barcode scanning, additional database <br /> customization and user support. <br /> The annual fee for PetPoint is $3840 after discounts.Fees for Enterprise and Constituent Services are $4000 and <br /> $1250,respectively,plus an estimated$720 in per-license charges.Bluefin is the credit card payment processing <br /> service contracted by PetHealth Services. Bluefin has agreed to match transaction fees charged by the City's existing <br /> payment processor,FIS. Estimated annual fees charged by Bluefin are$480. <br /> Pet license fees were revised in October 2016 and take into consideration the cost of the additional software modules <br /> and per-transaction fees incurred for online pet licensing.Animal Services anticipates additional license sales due to <br /> providing residents a more convenient way to purchase licenses.
