Marine View <br /> Drive for Fire Station#3 site. The property sale closed on February 12, 2009. <br /> Section 17.(a)(i) of the Property Disposition Agreement specified that within 180 days of the property <br /> closing,the City would commence construction of a parking lot under the W. Marine View Drive Bridge. <br /> The initial 180 day period provided will end on August 8, 2009. <br /> A 180-day extension is requested for the commencement of the under bridge parking lot to February 4,2010. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve the Amendment to Property Disposition Agreement with Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc.. <br /> 21 <br />
