That short plat was not completed and no water pipe was <br /> installed in the easement. A new owner has acquired the site and has proposed a smaller development of two <br /> lots which both have full frontage on Glenwood Avenue. Because of this reconfiguration, the water pipe <br /> easement is no longer needed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Relinquishment of Easement in the 5300 block of Glenwood Avenue. <br /> 25 <br />
