The contractor put up a retainage bond in lieu of retainage being <br /> withheld. <br /> By Council's action,the Portal 4 &6 Area Security Improvements Project will be accepted as complete and <br /> the retainage bond will be released. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Accept Portal 4&6 Area Security Improvements Project as complete, and authorize the Mayor to sign the <br /> Certificate of Completion with Razz Construction allowing release of the retainage bond. <br /> 7 <br />
