This will be accomplished in <br /> one (1) mobilization to the WPCF beginning in late February or early March of 2010. The project is sixty <br /> (60) days in duration. A pre-bid site visit and walk through will be conducted at the Water Pollution Control <br /> Facility. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Call for Bids for the 2010 <br /> Biosolids Removal Project. <br /> 9 <br />
