a <br /> For the purpose of Notice,the list of authorized representatives of the Parties as of <br /> theEffective'Date is nttáhed as Appendix 2` The-Parties shall provide Notice of <br /> any change in the authorized representatives designated in Appendix 2,and the <br /> Licensee shall maintain the current distribution list of such representatives. The <br /> Parties acknowledge their responsibility to keep the other Parties informed of <br /> their current address,telephone,facsimile and e-mail information. Notice <br /> obligations under this section 7.11 are in addition to any notice provisions <br /> required by applicable law. <br /> 7.12 Entire Agreement <br /> Except for Attachment A and Attachment B,this Settlement Agreement contains <br /> the complete and exclusive agreement among all of the Parties with respect to the <br /> subject matter thereof,and supersedes all discussions,negotiations, <br /> representations,warranties,commitments,offers,contracts,agreements in <br /> principle,and other writings prior to the Effective Date of this Settlement <br /> Agreement,with respect to its subject matter. <br /> 7.13 Section Titles for Convenience Only <br /> Section titles in this Settlement Agreement are used only for convenience of <br /> reference and organization,and shall not be used to modify,explain,or interpret <br /> any Settlement Agreement provisions or the Parties' intentions. <br /> 7.14 Costs <br /> Unless otherwise provided in this Settlement Agreement,each Party shall bear its <br /> own costs of implementing this Settlement Agreement. <br /> 8. Execution of Settlement Agreement <br /> 8.1 Signatory Authority <br /> Each signatory to this Settlement Agreement certifies that he or she is authorized <br /> to execute this Settlement Agreement and to legally bind the Party he or she <br /> represents,and that such Party shall be fully bound by the terms hereof upon such <br /> signature without any further act,approval,or authorization by such Party. <br /> 8.2 Signing in Counterparts <br /> This Settlement Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts,and <br /> each executed counterpart shall have the same force and effect as if all signatory <br /> Parties had signed the same instrument.
