It also <br /> establishes the support of the Parties for keeping the Lake Chaplain Tract out of the Project boundary in the <br /> new license and, thus, outside of FERC jurisdiction. <br /> The management obligations under this agreement will result in a loss of timber harvest revenue over 50 <br /> years of approximately$1 million in present value. This averages out to be about$40,000 per year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Lake Chaplain Tract Land Management Off-License Agreement in the form <br /> substantially as provided. <br /> 85 <br />
