It was <br /> noted that an open "W" file is on record from 2007 for closure of a carport to create an enclosed building for conduct of <br /> the upholstery business. Please let me know if you wish to include this violation in the case as I continue to investigate <br /> the home occupation. I did not see a permit issued or progress made to abate the building code violation. The now <br /> enclosed structure appears to be built to the side property line. <br /> Cindy K <br /> 1 <br />
