4. Regular inspections for problem properties. Properties with violations <br />sufficient to be designated chronic nuisance properties pursuant to the City's <br />Chronic Nuisance Ordinance (chapter 9.64 EMC) will be placed on a regular <br />inspection schedule. This program can be conducted on a trial basis without the <br />need for additional authority by ordinance and can be refined as needed. <br />The above measures should be monitored with regular reports to the City Council's <br />Public Safety Committee so that appropriate program adjustments can be made <br />based on the City's experience over time. <br />Councilman Introducing Resolution <br />PASSED AND APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL THIS DAY OF 12009. <br />Council President <br />20 3 <br />
