S ' <br /> 1 � � <br /> r r.i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Parks Signage <br /> Improvements,"Fund 354, Program 038, as established by Ordinance 3060-08. <br /> WHEREAS, the parks improvement project entitled"Parks Signage Improvements", <br /> Fund 354, Program 038, was established for the analysis, planning, design and <br /> development of signage specifications by type and location throughout the Parks system; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That"Parks Signage Improvements", Fund 354,_Program 038,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for"Parks Signage Improvements", Fund 354, <br /> Program 038, are as follows: <br /> A.
